Does CleaningPros Use Eco-Friendly Products?
Thank you for asking! It’s very important to ask this question of any service company that may be doing work in and around your home. To answer your question: yes, we are fully bonded and insured. We actually carry double the recommended coverage for your peace of mind and ours.
Are You Pet Friendly?
Yes! We love pets and our eco-friendly products are safe for your furry family members.
What Happens If My Appointment Takes Less Time Than Quoted?
If your clean ends up taking less time than we quoted, we will decrease your bill — you only pay for the time we worked.
Do I Need To Supply My Own Vacuum Or Cleaning Supplies?
No. Each Pro-Cleaner arrives fully equipped with professional grade tools, supplies and eco-friendly cleaning products.
Do I Have To Sign A Contract?
Never. We want our customers to want to use us. You never sign a contract and you never pre-pay.
Why Don't You Clean Homes With Smoking In Them?
We are unable to provide service to homes where smoking occurs indoors due to health and safety concerns for our team members.
What Cities/Areas Does CleaningPros Serve?
We currently serve Edmonton, Calgary, Red Deer, Saskatoon, Regina, Winnipeg, and Kelowna.
How Many Pro-Cleaners Will Come?
The size of the team depends on the size of your home and the scope of the clean. Most appointments are handled by a team of two Pro-Cleaners.
Is There Anything CleaningPros Doesn't Do?
For safety reasons we do not clean exterior windows above the first floor, handle biohazards, or move heavy furniture. Anything else, just ask!

How Do I Book With CleaningPros?
Request a free quote online or give us a call at 1-866-526-2161. Once you accept the quote we will lock in your appointment.
What Is A 'Quoted' Clean?
A Quoted Clean is when you tell us what you want done and we give you a fixed price. If we finish faster than expected, the price drops.
What Is A 'Checklist' Clean?
A Checklist Clean is when you tell us your budget and give us a list of tasks. We work down your list until your budgeted time is up.
Can I Request A Specific Time For CleaningPros To Arrive?
Yes. We will do our best to honour the time you request — the more notice you give us, the easier it is to lock in.
What Is CleaningPros Cancellation Policy?
You can cancel any appointment with 3 business days’ notice at no charge. Cancellations inside that window may carry a small fee to cover the team’s time.
Why Does CleaningPros Have A Cancellation Policy?
When an appointment is cancelled at the last minute we cannot easily fill that slot, and our Pro-Cleaners still need to be paid for the day. The policy keeps things fair for everyone.
For 'Checklist' Cleans, How Will The Budget I Choose Impact My Clean?
Your budget determines how much time we spend in your home. We work top-to-bottom through your list and stop when your budgeted time is up.

Your Appointment With CleaningPros

Do I Need To Be Home For The Clean? Should I Leave or Should I Stay?
Either works. Most customers prefer to be out so they can return to a finished home, but you are welcome to stay if you would rather.
How Does CleaningPros Gain Access To My Home?
You can let us in, leave a key in a lock box, give us a garage code, or use any other arrangement that you are comfortable with.
Is It Normal To Be Nervous Before My Clean?
Completely normal. Our Pro-Cleaners are background-checked, bonded, insured and trained — you are in safe hands.
What Time Will My Appointment Be?
We confirm your arrival window the day before your clean. Most appointments start between 8 AM and 4 PM, Monday through Friday.
How Do I Cancel My Appointment?
Give us a call or send us an email. We just ask for 3 business days’ notice so we can offer the slot to another customer.
What Happens If My Instructions Change Before My Appointment?
Just let us know. As long as the change does not affect the budgeted time we can usually accommodate it on the spot.

Billing & Payment

How Do I Pay For My Appointment?
We accept all major credit cards. Your card is kept on file securely and only charged after the clean is complete.
What Happens If I Cancel My Appointment With Less Than 3 Business Days Notice?
A cancellation fee may apply to cover the team’s time. The exact amount is in your confirmation email so there are no surprises.
What Happens If I Am Not Happy With The Service I Received?
Let us know within 24 hours and we will come back to make it right at no extra charge. That is our 200% Guarantee.
When Will My Card Be Charged?
Your card is charged on the day of your clean, after the appointment is finished.
